Job Summary
Yard Technician at EquipmentShare in Milwaukee, WI, responsible for inspecting equipment before/after use, documenting incoming/outgoing gear, assisting with inspections, repairs, maintenance and cleaning, loading/unloading equipment, maintaining yard inventory, and keeping a safe, orderly work area. Must have safety training and PPE, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a High School diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and potential on-call duties with additional compensation. Emphasis on upholding company culture, providing safe operations, and supporting facility duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Safety training required
- PPE required when applicable
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to be outside during extreme temperatures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Drug screen (10-panel)
- Background check
