Job Summary
Yard Technician at EquipmentShare in Hubbard, TX, responsible for keeping the storage yard in top shape, inspecting equipment before/after use, documenting incoming/outgoing gear, assisting with routine repairs/maintenance, loading/unloading equipment, maintaining inventory systems, and upholding a safe, customer-focused yard culture. Role includes on-call scheduling with overtime, safety responsibilities, and daily yard/shop cleanup; requires safety training, PPE usage, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and outside work in extreme conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Safety training required
- PPE required when applicable
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work outside during extreme temperatures
- Drug screen (10 panel) required
- Background check required
