Yard Technician

Job Summary
Yard Technician responsible for keeping the rental facility yard in top shape and supporting daily operations. Duties include inspecting and reporting equipment condition before/after use, documenting incoming/outgoing gear, assisting with inspections, repairs, maintenance and cleaning, loading/unloading equipment, maintaining inventory systems, and performing general yard and shop cleanup. Will uphold EquipmentShare culture and customer experience, with safety as a priority and on-call overtime as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, PPE/safety training as applicable, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and outdoor work in extreme temperatures. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) and overtime after 40 hours, plus potential drug screen/background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety training required/PPE as applicable
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be outside during extreme temperatures
- 18 years or older
- Background check and drug screen contingent
- Ability to stand, sit, bend and stoop
