Job Summary
Yard Technician at EquipmentShare in Grain Valley, MO, responsible for inspecting equipment condition before/after use, documenting incoming/outgoing gear, assisting with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and cleaning, loading/unloading equipment, maintaining yard inventory systems, and keeping a safe, hazard-free workplace while representing the company’s culture and customer-experience standards. Requires safety training, PPE use when applicable, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, outdoor work, and completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and potential on-call duty.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety training
- PPE when applicable
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outside in extreme temperatures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Background check required
