Job Summary
Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage, document incoming and outgoing gear, and assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment while maintaining inventory systems per standard operating procedures. Perform general yard and shop cleanup to ensure a safe, hazard-free workplace and uphold high customer experience standards. Serve as an advocate for company culture and complete various other duties as assigned by the General Manager. This role includes Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours with overtime pay after 40 hours and on-call scheduling with additional compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Safety training
- PPE
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be outside during extreme temperatures
- Ability to stand, sit, bend and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing a 10 panel drug screen
- At least 18 years old
- Passing a background check
