Job Summary
Sweep, shovel, and perform general clean-up tasks to keep the yard and plant areas organized. Assist with loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and support plant operations through manual labor wherever needed. Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, reporting shortages to your supervisor. Follow all safety policies and procedures while using personal protective equipment at all times. Take on other duties as assigned to help keep the plant running efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- strong work ethic
- enjoy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- team player with good communication skills
- reliable transportation to and from the work site
- willing to follow safety procedures and company protocols
- ready to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Yard Team Member, Yard Laborer, Yard Worker, or in construction/landscaping
