Yard Team Member

Yard Team Member supports the Yard Team Leader by coordinating and maintaining efficient traffic flow for all departments and keeping an organized yard with operable equipment. Responsibilities include assisting with check-in of new boats, maintaining an organized showroom and yard, operating hydraulic jack or hoist as needed, general facility maintenance (small repairs, lawn, dock), safe operation of company vehicles, forklifts, and equipment (including trailer handling), vehicle and equipment maintenance, assisting in delivery of products to customers, supporting forklift and detail teams, and helping set up boat shows and on/off-site promotional events.
