Yard Team Member

Greet and assist customers throughout the yard while monitoring merchandise receipt and loading. Ensure presentation standards are met by keeping displayed merchandise seasonally relevant, properly secured, and well represented. Maintain backroom locator accuracy and wrap all yard merchandise to prevent weather damage. Effectively load correct merchandise into customer vehicles following safety guidelines and transport product using a forklift or other material handling equipment. Locate sale and promotional items to replenish stock, maintain car side signage, and promote loyalty programs. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
