Yard Team Member

Greet and assist customers throughout the yard while monitoring merchandise receipt and loading. Ensure presentation standards are met by keeping displayed items seasonally relevant, secured, and well represented. Maintain backroom locator accuracy and wrap all yard merchandise to prevent weather damage. Load correct stock into customer vehicles following safety guidelines, locate promotional items for replenishment, and transport product using a forklift. Cull lumber per company guidelines and maintain car side signage. Promote customer loyalty programs and credit card initiatives. High school diploma preferred; forklift certification and ability to lift 50 lbs required. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays necessary.
