Yard Team Member

Greet and assist customers throughout the yard while monitoring receipt and loading of merchandise. Ensure merchandise presentation standards are met, keeping displays seasonally relevant, properly secured, and well represented. Maintain backroom locator accuracy and ensure all yard merchandise is wrapped and stored to prevent weather damage. Effectively load correct merchandise into customer vehicles following safety guidelines, locate sale items for replenishment, and transport product using a forklift or material handling equipment. Cull lumber per company guidelines, maintain car side signage and cones, and promote customer loyalty programs. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
