Yard Supervisor

Yard Supervisor at Festus, MO Plant responsible for supervising the yard crew and hourly laborers, coordinating maintenance and cleanliness of facility grounds, and directing safety and housekeeping practices. Reports to Production Supervisors and Production Manager, investigates accidents involving employees and equipment, oversees equipment and personnel used in grounds maintenance, and schedules overtime and work orders. Provides training and supervision of yard personnel and contract labor, ensuring compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreements, and supports production operations as needed.
