Job Summary
Coordinate daily yard operations by directing technicians, drivers, and field service staff on cleaning, repair, and delivery tasks. Assign projects to ensure units are repaired, prepared, and delivered according to quality standards while managing inventory and ordering parts. Perform unit repairs, modifications, and inspections before and after rentals, including detailed write-ups and photography. Train personnel on safety policies and maintain a cooperative working climate to maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of related experience in areas such as construction work, commercial cleaning, maintenance, etc.
- Experience directing a team and directing work from a plan
- Team leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal communications skills
- Schedule flexibility to respond to emergency situations
- Current driver's license and ability to operate vehicles
- Entry level to intermediate level construction experience
- Light carpentry and electrical experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and heavy equipment
- Ability to hold air impact tools up to 30lb
