Job Summary
Prepare tools for shipment, properly dispose of received inventory, and assemble/disassemble work tools with accurate labeling. Maintain yard cleanliness and order while assisting Rental, Parts, and Service Departments as instructed. Greet customers, direct them to appropriate areas, and assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading rental equipment. Perform final inspections on equipment before customer receipt, verify fuel levels and inventory IDs, and install service tags on returned units. Wash and perform light maintenance on both work and rental equipment, ensuring proper storage after routine maintenance procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal skills by demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive rapport with a diverse employee/customer population
- Ability to accomplish assignments
- Ability to work overtime as a job requirement dependent of department needs, as well as occasional weekend, holiday or evening work
- Must be able to pass workstep test for position
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Required travel up to 5%
- This position is considered a safety sensitive position
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
- Occasionally do heavy lifting
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions
