Yard Specialist

Supports daily manufacturing operations across multiple areas including Production Lines, Maintenance, Loading, Kitting and Procurement, Woodshop, Batch Plant, Glass Division, Clark Metal Works (CMW) / PEP, and Facilities. This role works hands-on in the manufacturing environment and adheres to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsibilities include following SOPs/JHAs, completing documentation, material handling (receiving, storage, disbursement, delivery), preparing and assembling materials per drawings and work instructions (including mixing, cutting, bending, welding, gluing, and assembly with materials such as concrete, sand, wood, rebar, steel, windows, plastics), maintaining clean work areas, operating machinery and hand/power tools (drills, saws, grinders, welding equipment, CNC machines), and supporting general manufacturing and yard operations. Requires strong safety and quality focus, ability to follow instructions and blueprints, dependable teamwork, and physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs; PPE is required.
