Job Summary
Load and unload equipment and attachments, move machinery to different departments, and pressure wash gear to keep it Rent Ready. Perform basic yard maintenance including organization, safety checks, and minor prep like greasing and topping off fluids. Greet customers and support the rental, service, and parts teams with daily yard operations. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift and work outdoors in all weather. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Many technicians started here before advancing to technician or rental positions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to handle lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability
- Mechanically curious — interested in equipment and how it works
- Team player who doesn't mind jumping in wherever needed
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
