Conduct daily yard operations and equipment maintenance for concrete operations, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials. Operate heavy machinery such as trucks and loaders under supervision while adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine inspections, refueling, and basic repairs on assigned vehicles. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and report mechanical issues to the supervisor. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed to support continuous concrete production.
