Job Summary
Pick and pack customer orders from picking slips to ensure they are prepared accurately and ready for the agreed delivery time. Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience. Putting stock away. Cleaning of the yard and ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times. Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing is required. Bowens is an AFR Top 150 privately owned company with stores across Melbourne and regional Victoria, offering on-site parking and a range of training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Timber and Hardware is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Able to deliver outstanding customer service
- A capability to undertake physical tasks safely
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member
- Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
