Job Summary
Outdoor Yard Customer Service role focused on loading/delivering lumber and building materials, keeping the yard clean and safe, and assisting with deliveries and store operations. Key duties include loading customer tickets, assisting in load building for delivery, operating a forklift (a plus), stocking and organizing materials, participating in daily opening/closing procedures, and engaging in product knowledge growth across building products. Strong emphasis on outstanding customer service, computer literacy, basic math/measurement, and proficiency with POS systems. Prior knowledge of building products (e.g., windows, doors, decking, framing materials) and sales experience are a plus; High School Diploma or equivalent required. Outdoor yard environment with opportunities to handle up to 100 lbs and stand/move for prolonged periods.
