Job Summary
The Yard Operator role involves safe and efficient yard handling and phosphate processing per SOPs (including VI-005), material receiving/storing/staging/shipping with accurate identification and documentation, routine phosphate solution testing, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and material handling equipment with required certifications, enforcing safety and PPE policies, documenting logs and reports, and contributing to production and operational performance while reporting safety or process issues to supervision.이트
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (8–12 hours per day) in industrial and outdoor environments
- Physical capability to safely perform job duties without conditions that may be exacerbated by manual labor or exposure to phosphate operations
- Strong visual acuity, including accurate color perception, to support operational and quality requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accurately document activities and follow detailed instructions
- Proven ability, or demonstrated aptitude, to learn and operate equipment associated with yard handling and phosphate processing operations
- Basic mathematical proficiency, including addition and subtraction, required for accurate material handling and reporting
