Job Summary
Maintain modular units for deployment, oversee dispatch operations, and manage fleet logistics and inventory levels. Coordinate with external vendors for on-time material delivery, draft work orders, and conduct off-rent unit inspections. Order, receive, and distribute materials while ensuring compliance with safety policies and conducting weekly activity recaps. Perform moderate to high physical demands including lifting, working in extreme temperatures, and operating hand tools for up to 12 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in modular or prefabricated construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals
- Good technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to speak/hear and use specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to perform physical demands including standing and walking for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control and lifting objects with an established maximum weight
- Ability to reach with arms, grasp with hands and arms
- Frequent ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; climb or balance
- Ability to work in moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises
- Ability to follow basic safety precautions and wear assigned and appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work long hours, up to twelve (12) hours per day
- Ability to work in an environment with some exposure to hazards or physical risks
