Yard Leadman

Leadman in Clark Pacific's yard overseeing manufacturing operations, instructing and leading employees in daily workflow and safety practices, reading and distributing blueprints, ensuring adherence to SOP/JHA, handling materials through receiving, storage, and delivery, preparing and assembling materials (concrete, wood, steel, plastic, rebar, windows, etc.), operating hand/power tools and heavy equipment (CNC, forklifts, welders, grinders, tractors, trucks), maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating to meet project goals. Requires leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED equivalent; responsibilities span production lines, maintenance, loading, kitting/procurement, and various material processes.
