Job Summary
Conduct general cleanup and maintenance of the shop yard and storage areas while operating small hand and power tools. Perform building maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, emptying trash, and replacing paper goods. Execute equipment maintenance including washing, grinding, and painting, and load/unload various tools and pipe. Operate forklifts and drive company vehicles to deliver supplies to jobsites, pick up parts, and run errands. Work independently or within a team environment under all weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean record and local residence required.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work outside for an entire shift in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet)
- Having and maintaining a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be local to the Clearwater, St. Petersburg, or Tampa area
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work
- Knowledge and experience operating set of small hand tools and small power tools
- Willing to work independently as well as within a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of repairing small engines
- Welding and Mechanical experience
- Forklift certification
- OSHA Certifications
- Experience driving a Truck with a boat trailer or 30-foot flatbed trailer
