Job Summary
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and robotic equipment to move, stack, and count product while ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged. Pull and prepare product for shipment per load sheets, unload and put away trucks, and jockey trailers in and out of docking areas. Perform pre-operation inspections, complete accurate documentation, and maintain clean, organized workspaces. Monitor raw packaging supplies and report unsafe conditions or quality issues immediately. Work weekends and holidays as needed with minimal supervision in a food-grade facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Work weekends and holidays as needed/scheduled
- Works with minimal amount of supervision
- Team player
- Good past work history
- Good attendance
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to climb off and on forklift on a regular basis
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Clean driving record
- Pass drug screen and background check
- High school diploma, or GED
- Warehouse experience
- 1-3 years related experience in a food grade facility
- 1-3 years of RF scanner
- 1-3 years Stand up forklift
- 1-3 years Jockey experience CDL or NON - CDL
- Ability to crank landing gear on trailers
