Yard Jockey / Floor Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Load finished goods daily and create LPNs for inventory while operating a stand-up or sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility. Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas, verify work accuracy, and report discrepancies or unsafe conditions to management immediately. Operate a handheld scanner to perform WIP completions and maintain a clean, orderly work area ready for inspection. Follow all safety procedures, cGMP guidelines, and SOPs while collaborating with warehouse and production personnel to meet daily productivity targets. Work Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a forklift
- Valid certification to operate a stand-up forklift
- Basic math skills for inventory management, such as counting, addition, subtraction, and measurement conversions
- Proficiency in using a handheld scanner for inventory tracking and material identification
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to always following safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to stand, walk and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and bending
- Must be able to bend, reach, twist, grasp items, lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in English Language
