Job Summary
The Yard Inventory Control Associate performs customer service duties and acts as a liaison between customer operations and Saddle Creek, coordinating shipping/receiving, inventory control, and reporting for the customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers, researching issues, generating and retaining required reporting, processing orders, and communicating professionally in verbal and written form; collaborates with operations managers, supervisors, and peers. Helpful experience includes familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (such as SAP/WMS); typing proficiency. Must be 18+ and able to work in a warehouse environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and effective communication in a fast-paced logistics setting.
