Job Summary
Yard Inventory Control Associate responsible for providing customers with high-quality, professional customer service and acting as an extension of the customer within Saddle Creek. Coordinates between customer operations and transportation, performs shipping/receiving duties, and maintains inventory control with strong emphasis on communication, problem solving, and reporting. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of customer service experience, ability to work in a warehouse, and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Describes collaboration with operations management and the team, and highlights benefits and full-time shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment which may be noisy, busy, and may be non-temperature controlled
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Minimum of six months’ experience in a customer service role
