Job Summary
Move trailers in the yard, loading and unloading freight, picking up tagged freight, and pulling outbound loads. Inspect forklifts prior to each shift, check pallet conditions, and verify improper stacking. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and complete inventory house reports. Perform regular and reliable attendance while adhering to company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Work any of the seven days of the week and any shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years forklift operating experience
- Work any of the 7 days of the week and any shift
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform all duties and tasks as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hostler experience in the transportation industry at companies like Amazon, FedEx, or United Parcel Service
- A desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment working alongside top management in the industry
