Yard General Labourer

Operate a forklift to feed the plant with inputs such as peat, perlite, vermiculite, and wood fibres; run the shredder to remove compacted peat; and maintain equipment performance to reduce waste. Ensure the constant supply of the plant by following the schedule while monitoring that nothing is missing during production. This permanent, daytime position requires 40 hours per week and offers a forklift driving asset. Berger develops horticultural mixes for flowers, berries, and market garden products in greenhouses, providing a culture focused on team growth and skills development.
