Job Summary
Operate a forklift safely to load and unload commercial vehicles, pick and prepare orders (picks & preps), inspect products for quality, and assemble sample orders. Maintain high safety standards and report discrepancies or equipment concerns. Collaborate with forklift operators, drivers, and teammates to meet daily targets and support yard operations; maintain PPE and follow safety protocols; contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient production/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and yard equipment in production or warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive adherence to workplace safety protocols and PPE use
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
