Job Summary
Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants and warehouses. Load and unload trucks, maneuver vehicles into loading positions, and verify items against work orders. Comply with truck driving rules, OSHA safety procedures, and company policies while inspecting vehicles for mechanical issues. Submit daily trip reports and maintain high housekeeping standards. Requires valid truck and D.O.T. licenses, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid truck driving license
- D.O.T. license
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to stand

- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
