Job Summary
Spot trailers on yard and in/out dock doors while operating dry vans with a Class A CDL. Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements, reporting equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage immediately. Physically capable of moving frequently, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs regularly or 100lbs occasionally. Work Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with daily home time. Follow all federal, state, and customer regulations while using modern tractors equipped with collision mitigation systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Current Class A CDL from your state of residence
- Minimum six (6) months of relevant tractor-trailer experience
- Acceptable references from past employers
- Meet all applicable DOT qualifications
- Physically capable to perform all job duties, which includes moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
- Ability to perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements
