Job Summary
Spot inbound and outbound trucks while organizing the Springfield terminal yard to keep it free flowing. Expedite trucks to shop associates and ensure sufficient equipment is available for truck shops. Maintain organization and production through strong communication with other associates and provide excellent customer service to Prime drivers and shop staff. Perform additional work-related tasks as needed. This role requires a valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 100lbs, and a flexible schedule. Candidates must pass a job-specific post-offer physical and wear steel-toed footwear and safety glasses.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- Strong organizational skills

- valid Class A or B CDL

- ability to get in and out of trucks
- ability to hook/disconnect trailers multiple times per day
- ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs
