Job Summary
Yard Driver operates a tractor-trailer in a yard environment with weekend night schedule (Wed-Sat, 3 p.m.–1 a.m.). Responsibilities include safely maneuvering the tractor-trailer in a compact yard, performing daily yard checks, moving empty trailers to doors and setting loaded trailers, documenting pre- and post-shift safety inspections, handling trailer doors and tandems, placing/removing wheel chocks, and maintaining a clean, safe yard. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess at least 1 year of tractor-trailer yard/warehouse experience; ability to work overtime and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
