Yard Driver NON DOT

Overseeing the movement of equipment between yard locations and dock doors, ensuring efficient loading and unloading activities. Maintain a clean and safe work area and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervision. Recharge on-site vehicles, accurately document yard locations, and monitor the condition of all equipment. This role requires close collaboration with Operations in a fast-paced environment. Drives switching equipment, tractors, and straight trucks to transport goods between designated locations; loads/unloads trailers and verifies product count; prepares and maintains accurate records/logs; conducts yard checks; ensures loads are secured per guidelines; documents locations and equipment condition; communicates effectively with carriers, customers, and colleagues. Position is First (1st) Shift Yard Driver NON-DOT, 6:00am to 2:30pm, M-F; pay $23.15/hour with eligible bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities.
