Job Summary
The Yard Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers and equipment within the yard to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with CDL-A preferred. Previous experience in a transportation or warehouse role is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to safely operate a yard truck, tractor, or similar equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- CDL-A preferred
- Previous experience as a Yard Driver, Truck Driver, or in a transportation/warehouse role preferred
