Yard Coordinator (Wed 10am-4pm) Thur, Fri and Sat 4am-4pm

Lead dispatchers and coordinate moves with yard jockeys using the Yardview system, ensuring trailers are plugged to doors on schedule. Address customer issues via radio, email, and in-person communication, responding to requests timely. Backfill for dispatchers when needed and ensure all operational forms are completed accurately. Conduct periodic yard audits to confirm trailer and temperature status. Monitor productivity goals, advise management if targets aren't met, and provide training for new hires or current staff. Send progress reports to dispatch and customers on trailer loading.
