Job Summary
Yard Attendant role at Vehicle Management Solutions in El Paso, TX. Part-Time with potential to become Full-Time. Responsible for the intake, movement, and documentation of impounded vehicles and property, maintaining accurate inventory, securing the lot, assisting with equipment preparation, and supporting facility clerks, towing partners, and law enforcement personnel. Responsibilities include checking in vehicles and inventorying property, transferring vehicles to the auction lot, maintaining log sheets, handling paperwork/data entry, assisting police on the lot, and operating light machinery (e.g., forklift) safely. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varied conditions, strong communication, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to operate light machinery and equipment such as a forklift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and use basic computer systems
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Basic understanding of departmental computer operations
