Job Summary
Porter / Yard Worker responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, and potentially servicing equipment to meet specifications. The role includes inspecting equipment before and after rental to document any losses or damages, with opportunities to advance into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles. Requires effective communication, basic math, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office; safety-focused mindset and potential bilingual needs based on location. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- General mechanical aptitude

- Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
- Lifting 50 pounds or more, work indoors/outdoors
