Job Summary
Sort and process non-ferrous metals by operating shears, balers, loaders, and forklifts to meet quality standards. Assist customers with unloading material and help with purchasing various grades from clients. Operate small equipment to prepare and pack material prior to shipment, including crane coverage for overflow. Conduct regular housekeeping and process cars while maintaining inventory control. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and attention to detail. Join PADNOS to be part of the green movement.
Required Qualifications
- Six months operating small equipment experience preferred
- Equipment operation and preventative maintenance knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy in operation and attention to detail
- Knowledge in inventory control
