Job Summary
Yard associates are expected to maintain a positive representation of Elitsac, Inc. by providing an outstanding customer service experience consistent with company values. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and on the phone, helping them find merchandise, processing special orders, and suggesting add-on sales. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems for price lookup, special orders, and order entry is required. The role involves maintaining a clean and orderly lumberyard, performing housekeeping tasks, assisting with inventory, loading customers' vehicles, checking invoices, and supporting daily yard operations. Additional duties include identifying shoplifters per store policy, attending staff meetings, and adhering to all store policies and safety standards. Qualifications emphasize customer service excellence, product knowledge, organizational and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, sales know-how, forklift operation capability, physical ability to lift 80lbs, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications

- Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills

- Understand how to safely operate a forklift
