Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phone calls, and maintain constant radio communication while assisting with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance. Process point of sale operations, sign and price merchandise, and perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming and trash replacement. Ensure loss prevention compliance and maintain comprehensive product knowledge for Coastal Farm's inventory and promotions. Adapt to rapidly changing work environments and assist in other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly
- Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices
