Yard Associate

Check customers in and out on the rental yard, assist with drivers loading and unloading, and perform machine inspections for inbound and outbound units. Ensure machines are tagged correctly with Ready green cards or Red tags for down units while maintaining yard cleanliness and wash bay duties. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and supporting mechanics, sales staff, and delivery operations. Work in all Texas weather conditions with safety as a primary concern, communicating across departments to support branch operations.
