Job Summary
Seasonal Yankee Candle retail sales associate in Westwood, MA. Responsibilities include delivering an exceptional guest experience, understanding guest needs through product knowledge, building customer relationships to enhance loyalty, executing selling strategies, driving KPIs, maintaining store appearance per plan-o-grams and visual standards, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, and assisting the Store Manager in fostering a high-performing team in a fragrance-filled Massachusetts store.
