Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Yankee Candle in Wilmington, NC. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming guest experience, leveraging product knowledge to understand guest needs, driving sales through company selling strategies and building customer relationships, promoting and driving the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs, maintaining store appearance in line with plan-o-grams and visual standards, supporting the Store Manager and a high-performing team, assisting with inventory and loss-prevention, and upholding safety and ethics policies. Qualifications include High School completion or GED, 1+ years in retail (preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
