Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable top-line growth. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, retaining, and coaching a high-performing team; meeting staffing goals (including seasonal hires); onboarding and ongoing staff development; addressing HR-related situations; maintaining a positive work environment; delivering a sales-driven guest experience through product knowledge and emotional connections; executing selling strategies and coaching to selling behaviors; driving guest loyalty via the Rewards program; maintaining store appearance and visual standards; analyzing the business and creating action plans; scheduling to ensure proper store coverage and payroll targets; supporting inventory control, safety, and loss prevention; and consistently achieving KPI goals through strategic planning and execution. The role requires high school completion or GED, retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with retail software, flexibility in hours, and the ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven retail management experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented
- Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
