Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in executing roles to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive top-line sales growth. Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, recruiting and retaining talent, onboarding and development, coaching, and managing HR-related situations. Drive guest experience through product knowledge, emotional connections, and implementing selling strategies. Enforce visual standards, plan-o-grams, store cleanliness, and KPI-driven performance. Assist in budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention, with emphasis on staffing goals and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented
- Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
