Support the Store Manager in executing roles to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive profitable top-line sales growth. Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, onboarding and developing staff, addressing HR-related situations through performance management, motivating and retaining top talent, coaching for a positive work environment, delivering an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and emotional connections, maximizing sales potential with company selling strategies and KPI-focused coaching, driving guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Grass Roots Marketing, maintaining store appearance to standards, executing plan-o-grams, planning and signage, and ensuring store cleanliness. Operational duties include analyzing the business to develop action plans, identifying root causes for results, ensuring clear team communication, supporting inventory management and cost control, incorporating safety and loss prevention measures, and consistently meeting KPI goals. The role requires High School completion or GED, 2+ years retail management experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with retail software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
