Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving profitable sales growth. Responsibilities include building and retaining a high-performing team aligned with Newell Brand Values, onboarding and developing team members, handling HR-related situations, coaching for a positive work environment, delivering a superior guest experience through product knowledge and selling strategies, driving loyalty and KPI performance, maintaining store appearance and visual standards, supporting operational activities, inventory management, safety and loss prevention, and achieving KPI goals through strategic planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solution-oriented.
- Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
