Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving top-line sales through team development, performance coaching, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include onboarding and developing team members, addressing HR-related situations, coaching to sustain a positive work environment, delivering emotionally engaging guest experiences, applying company selling strategies, driving loyalty and KPI achievement, maintaining visual standards and plan-o-grams, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and ensuring clear communication and action plans to meet operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented
- Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
