Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving profitable sales growth. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, development, staffing goals (including seasonal staffing), performance management, coaching, and employee retention; drive sales with company selling strategies and guest loyalty programs; maintain store appearance and adherence to visual standards and plan-o-grams; support operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, safety and loss prevention; consistently achieve KPI goals through strategic planning and execution. Requires High School diploma or GED, 2+ years retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
